Subscriptions & billing

Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. For refund requests, Apple handles all billing for App Store purchases.

Scans & results

Trouble scanning? Make sure you're in good lighting and your face or body fills the guide. Email us with your device model and iOS version if issues persist.

Peptide plans

Plans are generated based on the goals you shared during onboarding. You can re-run onboarding from Settings any time to regenerate your stack.

Account & data

Want to delete your account or export your data? Email team@pepmax.org from the address on your account and we'll handle it within 30 days.
