Welcome to Pepmax. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pepmax mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by Pepmax ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Pepmax. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Not medical advice

Pepmax provides informational and educational content about peptides and personal goals. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content generated by Pepmax, including suggested peptide stacks and transformation previews, is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any supplement, medication, or regimen. Pepmax does not sell, prescribe, dispense, or administer any peptide or medication.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your device and credentials secure, and notify us at team@pepmax.org if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Pepmax offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where expressly permitted by law.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or depicts another person without their consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by abusing rate limits, scraping, or automated access.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you upload, including scans and onboarding inputs. You grant Pepmax a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We describe how we handle this information in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content we create, is owned by Pepmax and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than the limited, revocable license to use it as permitted here.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that results from the Service will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepmax and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pepmax and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
